INAUTHENTIC. Açaí tasted like a slushy. Extremely BLAND. Super EXPENSIVE price, and for a gas station ice machine quality product! NEVER COME HERE!

Love this place from my dreams into reality .....the best part is there's no guilt in eating almost anything from the deliciously healthy menu! Everyone is always nice when I walk in and I never leave unsatisfied : ..........the atmosphere is interesting times because my college days are long gone and my nearest location is on campus but every one respects every so I'm always looking to go back ....Yum Yum!!

This location is very problematic and has been a consistent disappointment in the 2+ years I 've been ordering here. I only go this location when I 'm in the area, always hoping for better service but these folks working here, usually teenagers, are very unprofessional and don 't have a clue how to work in customer service. There 's a 50% chance of getting the order right, even less likely if you ever substitute toppings. There 's usually the wrong fruit or missing an ingredient altogether when ordering through the app. The staff here will often close up to 15 minutes early and lock their doors while they start cleaning. They cranked up the music and avert their eyes, pretending people aren 't waiting at the door. I 've ordered from the app and had a pick up time 10 minutes before closing and again, when I get to the store the door is locked and they 're pretending they don 't see me there to pick up my order. I 've had to call the store while standing outside the door to get them to unlock their door and let me pick up the food I 've already ordered and paid for through the app. This location won 't accept an order over the phone, no issues at other locations. I was sent deals via email as a Playa account holder and this location would not honor them. They said corporate made a mistake and the coupons were meant to be mailed to my home in paper, even when the email explicitly said virtual fliers . Other locations did honor the same deals.I 'm a big fan of fresh fruit and healthier meals but with the upcharge of this brand AND the truly lacking customer service... I 've started to find Acai type bowls at other stores where the same ingredients are used but just have a less tailored atmosphere.

Playa Bowls are usually consistent across the board. This one was great, fast, and clean. Wasn’t busy but limited parking. Prices are equivalent to getting a combo meal at a fast food restaurant and these are intended to be a meal replacement not a snack or dessert. I would definitely go back.
