I returned the spicy nuggets I didnt order. The cashier grimaced at me insisting I I said spicy. I dont make any fuss, but he gives me the stink eye. This is their customer service? Wow!!
I ordered two meals through Grubhub. The driver was told there were both meals in the sealed bag along with two drinks. The bag contained only one meal. This location is known for terrible customer service so I shouldn't have ordered from them and I will not ever again
Not sure of the cashier's name, but he's an older Hispanic gentleman, my receipt says Paul. The last three times I've been here he has charged me for a larger size than what I order and I have to correct him each time. This is bordering on bait and switch territory. This never happened previously with other cashiers or at any other Wendy's. The food is always very fresh here, but borderline illegal practices upcharging customers. I heard another customer complaining about it as I was sitting here eating my lunch.
I wouldn't let a star if I could. the person my order in the drive thru was so rude! and I understand that the customer service is not always easy, but that does not give them a free pass to be extremely rude and shout at me. I didn't hear them when they spoke on the loudspeaker, and the guy sighed and screamed through the loudspeaker. u could say in his ton of vote that he was not happy. then it took forever to get our food.
