It’s probably the best food truck around. Everything they make is homemade and made right. The food is juicy and delicious. The people running it were super friendly and cared about their art. I’d recommend this place to anyone ever!DEFINITELY WILL EAT AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN.

Truly top quality food! I had the chicken sando with red beans and potato salad and everything was top notch quality. Perfect fried chicken with the tangy and sweetness from the slaw and pickles all a perfect combo. Some of the best red beans and potato salad too I had since I was last out in the south.

I have to say, while I have enjoyed their chicken sandwich and their tomato sandwich over the summer the bologna sandwich is where it's at! This is not your moms bologna sandwich from when you were a kid. They make their bologna in house and it is always perfectly smoky and spiced. They also try to use local ingredients where possible which is also very commendable for any business to strive for. If you get the chance, this little truck won't let you down!

Visited uncle buddy's at their new location in the parking lot of the flavor Studio, around 12:30 on a Monday. Initially we were the only people there but a few people came up to the truck while we were sitting and eating. They do have a small table out in front to eat at but it was windy so we ended up eating in our car. The service was impeccable the staff was super friendly and personable and really made you feel at home at the truck. We ordered the KFC, the shrimp po boy, and the chicken wings. It took about 10-15 minutes to get our food, but everything was super hot and fresh when we got it and we'll worth the wait. The chicken wings were TO DIE FOR. Super crispy and crunchy coating, really juicy delicious chicken inside and a killer sweet chili garlic sauce. The KFC brought the same delicious flavors of the wings to a sandwich with a super creamy sriracha aioli and deliciously crunchy winter veggie slaw. Messy but absolutely perfect flavors. The shrimp po boy could have had a little more shrimp or a little less bread but the veggies were super fresh, the bread was soft, and the shrimp was cooked and seasoned perfectly. And THE CHIPS, so thin, crispy, salty, and delicious! They're like the ones you get at the fair, and totally addicting. Overall this was an awesome food experience and I'd defiantly come back to try more of their menu or some of their specialty items.

Cool little spot found it on accident and will be back fairly priced and quick. Now the food the cat dog was good didn't get soggy even with slaw and hot sauce i added try it. Hand pie the chicken I didnt eat my wife did she said it tasted like chicken pot pie and it was very good and had a great flaky crust . The shrimp hand pie was on point the shrimp were a good size and the flavor did not overwhelm the shrimp . Great spot give em a try I will be back for like 5 hand pies
