Steak 'n Shake - Reno

Overall: blayout decoration: food quality: cleanliness: customer service: timeliness: assessment: decent Burger joint is what they would expect from the experience of the chain restaurant. I have the double-butter that was pretty good with many wobbles. I would definitely meet this place again. it's a little surprised to get it, you could miss the exit in front of the autobahn, but that's really my only negative thing to say about it.

I usually eat here 3 x a week but lately they been running out of ingredients for their sandwiches. I get the garlic burger which I love but last week no sauce and today no bun. They served it with a regular bun without telling me. It didn't taste good also served with burned cold fries. What is happening here?

I arrived for a doordash order and waited 5 minutes before I was helped. I notified the staff I was here to pick up a doordash order and they went and told one of the cooks Sonya. In response, Sonya screamed at me that I have to wait because she just got the order with great aggression in her voice. I confirmed she is the manager of this location. As a consistent door dasher it is custom to notify staff that you were there for an order and they either let you know what the wait will be or they provide you with the order they do not scream at you due to pressure of large amounts of customers. The rest of the staff was extremely nice and seemed to compensate for her attitude and actions. The employees there deserve a raise if that is the environment they work in daily.

Eating is really good, and the price is not bad. not sure what you can't go in and eat. Food: 5/5

Pleasantly surprised w the western burger. shakes are out of control. wait they, it's almost food! they are all looking for an evaluation to decide whether to go into an almost food restaurant or not! people, my people. live a little. be careful, they did not have the opinion of strangers before investition in an almost food escape! I'm going back. hopefully they will be as happy!
