Panda Express - Reno

This place could use some happier employees, not seemed to enjoy what they did. I understand that people can have bad days, but all employees, at least those I came into contact with. Food: 3/5

Service was good. the food was average. spicy kung pao huh was better than the rest. the value was average. All right.

They do veteran rabatte, huh is more humid than other pe. parking lots are abundant, they can drive in and out without stowage. it is cleaner than a waffle house day of health control.

Faster service. They always know what to get here. very easy place to eat

Last night 8/17... we ordered food and this is what kind of service they allow... I should have taken more pictures, but I was so pissed off! Only Chow main, NO Orange Chicken or Walnut Shrimp NO Orange Chicken in the plate with the Broccoli Beef There was no sauce on the Teriyaki Chicken bowl, barely any chicken, I ordered the super greens and received a chunk of dry cabbage No Spring Rolls and to put the icing on the cake, only 1 cookie. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with ANY restaurant I am requesting a FULL REFUND because this is absolutely uncalled for, and plane laziness by your employees. Probably even go as far to say poor management to allow this type of poor customer service.
