Nando's Glasgow Soar - Renfrew

I was very disappointed with the service from a specific staff member named Adam at this restaurant. He looked my family and me up and down, gave us a snide look, and had a unfriendly attitude towards us. I understand that staff can be under pressure in the hospitality industry, but his attitude completely ruined our evening. As a single mother with children to support, we were hoping to enjoy a nice meal between Christmas and New Year's, but Adam's behavior was off-putting and upsetting. I will not be returning to this restaurant due to this negative experience.

I recently visited Nando's on Thursday, July 13th and I had the most exceptional service from the host, David. He was polite, welcoming, and truly amazing at his job. I would definitely return to this Nando's just to be served by David again. He is a true asset to the restaurant and seems like a wonderful person. Thank you once again, David!

My experience at Nando's was disappointing. Despite there being empty tables, we were told we had to wait half an hour for a table. After finally being seated in a half-empty restaurant, I ordered the half chicken but requested two leg pieces instead of a breast piece, as I usually do at other Nando's locations. However, the staff insisted I could only have one leg and one breast. This inconsistency in policy left me frustrated. The food was average, but the service was subpar. I believe the restaurant could benefit from better-trained staff. I will not be returning to this location.

I Arrived at the restaurant today with my son and we were warmly welcomed by Kaley . We had just came from Gravity and had a bad experience ,as my son who has autism started telling Kaley. I was trying to sort out his wifi , order the food online snd calm him down . Kaley just came over to the table and told us lunch was on her today as she could see we were a bit out of sorts ... I have never been touched by someone’s kindness as I was today , it moved me to tears. There are still some beautiful kind people in this world . What a keeper you have Nando’s Xscape . We love Nando’s chicken Piri piri and go here all the time . we holiday in Portugal every year and this fills the longing for piri piri so definitely recommend it
