Recommended by friends we were completely conquered by my wife and I by the freshness, flavour and quality of raw fish. We have chosen 2 Shin'Zen menus that allow us to discover a lot of specialties. The youth team is dynamic and friendly, the decor of good taste, refined, is really in the pure Japanese tradition. The kitchen is large both sushi and other makis and sashimis for fish and famous meat brochettes. Note that the overflowing dessert (including the pumpkin flan with coconut milk) and coffee or tea are part of the menu. We will return with pleasure.
