Bidra med feedbackThis restaurant used to have the best All Day Breakfast in Surrey. However, the quality has declined significantly. The bacon was so dried up that it was impossible to cut with the plastic cutlery. The tomato was raw, the beans were lukewarm, and the scrambled egg was rubbery, all served on a cold plate. The tea was tasteless and served in a paper cup. Additionally, the tables and floor were dirty and in need of cleaning. Overall, it was not a good experience. The staff were pleasant and helpful, which was a bonus.
The food at this restaurant is good and the staff are friendly overall, but the facilities are disgusting. The toilets are visibly dirty, there was no toilet paper during my last visit, and there was used plaster on the floor next to the changing table. Everything is poorly maintained. The baby changing area is awkwardly placed in the ladies' restroom. I have visited a few times over the past couple of years and I do not think I want to return. If the toilets are in that condition, I cannot imagine that the food hygiene is up to standard.
Appalling service, the most unpleasant woman I have ever encountered, she should not be working with customers. The bacon was spoiled and the mushrooms were slimy. As a paying customer, I have never experienced such unprofessional behavior from a staff member in my life. I will never return to this restaurant again. I had heard negative things about this place but wanted to give it a try. If she is the manager, she should consider taking a customer service course. My special needs children and my three-year-old were present and were shocked by her yelling to the entire restaurant, "BACON IS GREEN, DON'T TOUCH THE BACON."
This place is fantastic. Great location in the middle of Priory Park, right next to the play ground so it's great for families. Coffee and cakes are always fantastic and always get a warm welcome from the staff. Couldn't recommend it more!
My 5 year old grandchild was not allowed in to use the toilets by the owner. I was told the cafe was now closed, and the toilets, but there were still customers inside and it wasn't even 4 o'clock. Practically begged her to let my grandchild in just to quickly use the facilities but to no avail. She's only 5 and was standing there legs crossed and nearly in tears. We would only have been a few minutes. Can't believe anyone could be so heartless. Other people listening to the conversation were shocked at how nasty the woman was. The toilets should have still been open anyway as there were still customers on the premises.
