Norman House Oriental Chinese Takeaway

I have been enjoying Chinese food for years, and this is one of the best I have ever had. The portions are generous and the flavors are delicious. One thing that sets this food apart from others is that it is not greasy.

Delivery 2 hours and 40 minutes from ordering. Food cold and bland, disgusting service, phone off the hook so can’t even phone and complain but no contact or apology was made for the extreme delay.

Called because item missing from a regular order…and when upi say regular I’m talking at least 11 years! I was polite etc but then a rude lady took over the phone blantly told me she wasn’t interested in customer service etc, was very rude despite the fact we order £40 worth each order, I tried to explain I worked in customer service and it was abouts listening to customers…….I was told to shut up! Such a shame as before this I was recommended them to everyone…never again!

Just had a chicken curry with chilli's. Really flavoursome, up there with the top 5 best I've ever eaten. Delicious. Thank you.

I recently moved to the area and decided to give Norman House a try based on recommendations. We placed our order online in advance and it was delivered promptly. The food was hot, flavorful, and made with fresh ingredients. Norman House has become our go-to place for Chinese cuisine.
