Libby Hill Seafood Restaurants

I’m so disappointed with this place!!!! The waitress must have been new and when she was setting the second drink on our table her tray got uneven and she spilt one of the drinks on my computer. I was frustrated, but had good faith it would be okay. I paid for our dinner, left a tip as usual. I then asked to speak to a Manager to let them know about the situation. I wasn’t rude, demanding or asked for anything in return. The manager blamed it on my 15 year old daughter and said it wasn’t his problem. THE ABSOLUTE LEAST they could have done was pay for our meal considering they probably ruined my $1000 computer with much more valuable things on the computer. On top of that, I have no way of completing my proctored exam that was scheduled for 11pm tonight. I’m disgusting with the attitude and compassion that was not shown. This definitely isn’t a business that cares about their customers. I truly hope this or something worse doesn’t happens to anyone else at this establishment.

Food was great. It was nice to still have a Libby Hill Seafood Restaurant around. So many have closed. Fond memories. My first job as a teenager was at a Libby Hill Restaurant.

Had to send our steaks back 30 times they still didn't get them cooked med well. The steaks were tasteless. No seasoning or flavor. The sweet potatoes were not cooked done. We paid ove $60.00 for our steak dinner. $60.00!!!!!!!!

Food service were both excellent! It had been a long time since we had been to a Libby Hill restaurant but the food was exactly what we remembered and the employees made us feel welcomed. The building was the only thing lacking. Everything was clean, but some maintenance was needed inside. Some of the ceiling tiles need to be replaced badly due to past leaks. Not a huge deal, but it would make you feel better about eating there if they were replaced to know that they take care of their simple maintenance. Overall, we were extremely happy with our experience and we do plan on going back soon.
