I was so impressed with their knowledge of health and their product selection. They have a great selection of supplements and pantry items as well great fresh salads, ferments and cold drinks. Excellent array of quality supplements and a very knowledgeable Christy can support your health journey. They have a supplement card to give you credits. A small but quality selection of organic foods. Nice spice, tea, and salt sold by weight. Local honey, bee pollen, kombuchas.

This is a great find in Rehoboth. They have a variety of health foods and drinks. They also have vitamins and toiletries. We especially enjoyed Kombuchas from Maryland from their fridge. The guy who worked there was extremely helpful and recommended choices from local restaurants. This is a great place to stop on your first day in town.
