Very nice place, superb chalet, attentive staff but too expensive for the services provided. Restaurant really great nothing to say about this point.However, not taking into account allergies reported yet when booking by email then by tph qq days before arrival. Forget about the little attention asked for dessert for my wife's 50th birthday. Too expensive breakfast and control principle too rigid, household to improve. Empty handkerchief box, vacuum shower gel dispenser second day and forgotten cleaning cloth in sink... details that are not seen the weekend price. At the beginning no question about the quality of the past stay... a little disappointed anyway.

We enjoyed a day spa time with brunch, just perfect. The offer is carefully studied, the services are perfect (jacuzzi, sauna, music, toilet accessories, mini bar). Menu made very good. Great moment, thank you very much!

It doesn't deserve 5 google stars, why? We arrived by warning two hours before by email of our arrival. On site, very good reception, we take your luggage that we bring to your private chalet. We offer you a welcome drink to know hot wine or fruit juice I ask for a little biere instead I am told that it will be a supplement when I was just told welcome. It mi directly a cold because all the same for a weekend at 1200€ and so at more than 400 euros per night I think the little beer can be offered. But at the end of the surprise stay, the beer was offered on the bill. Then we get to the cabin. The exterior setting of the site is great, that of the chalet also very well. We arrive in our room with the necessary explanations about the use of the material. But then we'll find a 15-degree cabin, so the fireplace was well lit as promised but 5 minutes before we arrived. That's what ruined the surprise. It's supposed to be a love room like they call it, but you keep your jacket for three hours. At this price we found it unacceptable especially that it ruined the effect of this beautiful chalet. We were told after reclamation that they were closed a week for work but that's not the client's problem. The waitress of the restaurant then offered us the aperitif for inconvenience. Otherwise, once heated, it was fine. Very comfortable bed and sheets, large and beautiful double shower, you feel well, the private jacuzzi at good temperature is 37 degrees without screws... small flat on the equipment: there is no kettle you can not even make you a tisane or tea, the large sofa armrest was completely broken. The finishes are not at the rdv all the holes of the wood walls and ceiling refilled with a mastic of another color, I hope the craftsman was not paid for it. See photo. No wifi damage! On the restaurant side it is excellent in the plate as in the atmosphere and the frame and the staff very well as the sommelier. Breakfast side 22 euros knowing that an egg in the dish is an extra 4 euros we found it too expensive. You choose the day before on a sheet what you will eat at breakfast to avoid messy it is very well even if you don't always know what you want the day before. Otherwise very good products. This is to explain our stay which in general we have enjoyed quite the same, we certainly think we will return But for a 4 stars at this price I think there are some efforts to do, great astonishment too, there are no beers pressures or BAR!! That's a shame.

The seventh time we come. A ritual every year. We've done a lot of places, but the estate of the high gardens is the best for us. A staff of great kindness and outstanding professionalism. The chalets are a true haven of tranquility for us by the shepherdie, is our favourite chalet for the third time. For the meal, it is a real delight with a remarkable presentation. We will return with great pleasure, as every time.

We came this weekend. Magic place for a complete disconnection.. The staff is in little care for us... And the restaurant part would deserve a thousand stars... A great MERCI
