Bidra med feedbackThere isn't a huge choice of restaurants in the area so we were delighted when we read such great reviews and they had a table available. It was quite busy with only a few tables free when we arrived. We went for the value meal of 14euros for a starter, cheese plate, main and dessert. Wine was also great value! Starter was very bland vegetables wrapped in very tasty ham, edible but not exciting. Main was a small portion of very bland beef stew with rice bit meat was very tender just no taste from the sauce. Cheese plate was a delicious selection of 3 cheeses. We chose desserts from the a la carte menu for the 1.50 supplement. Apple pie was delicious and the highlight of the meal. Nougat was good too but the pie stole the show. Staff were very friendly and efficient and the place itself is very quaint. If I was to go again I would not choose the value meal as the other meals from the a la carte menu looked better.
An excellent place to eat if you are in and around Regusse. Never a problem to accommodate gluten free options as part of the set price menu. Great food at a great price.
We stayed in Regusse for 2 nights as it is ideally located for the Verdon Gorge and Lac St Croix and in the charming Provençal town we found this absolute gem of a restaurant. The waitress was super friendly and even early in the evening completely rushed off her feet making sure everyone received warm and friendly service and our only moderate French saw us take the somewhat easy option of the set menu. This turned out to be a great choice for an almost unbelievable €13 euros we enjoyed 4 courses; a French twist on a bruschetta with onions and anchovies, a choice of meat and fish mains I opted for a turkey dish which although wonderful quite hard to describe accurately to do justice to, a cheese selection and a homemade dessert (the chocolate mousse was perfect, my husband loved the tiramisu also). Great kids options too and a litre of wine for under €5 which my husband, a red wine aficionado was super impressed by. Plenty of bread, plenty of water for the table, lots of filling, tasty freshly made home- cooked food and a bill of just €60. We were on a roadtrip for 2 weeks and ate in a wide variety of places at different price points but this is hard to beat. Highly recommended.
Had an evening meal here last week and it was very good, i had the fixe meal for 13€ and my wife had the steak tartar and a desert, all were very tasty, with a 1/2 litre of house rosy meal came in at 35€....fantastic!!. This restaurant has a simple layout and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Only down side is that they need some music when the restaurant is not busy to give it a little ambience.
Petit restaurant sympa dans une ambiance famille tout comme sa cuisine, simple et généreuse, le rapport qualité prix est imbattable, le patron vous sert avec de l'humour !!!Un bon moment, on y retournera !!!
