Freshii - Region of Waterloo

This Freshii location is my favourite spot to hang out and study in Waterloo and Kitchener. The vibes are always immaculate! The employees are all so chill and kind, and very prompt with preparing orders. I also love the ambiance with the windows, especially when they open up the garage door in the summer time! Plus they’re always so chill with letting my puppy hang out with me in store.

The food is still good and the service staff actually preparing dishes are great. My issue lies with the virtual ordering system that has outsourced cashiers to far away countries for pennies on the dollar… why not just use self checkout kiosks like other establishments? It’s a bad look.EDIT: Owner addressed all concerns. Great job!

I just had the worst experience at this Freshii. Extremely disappointed in the food and service at this location. I was just charged 3 meals for $100. I might as well have went to any other restaurant and used that money for food for the rest of the week. I was charged over $30 for extra meat, when I returned home to see that I had been served a mere 4oz of chicken, if that. I wish google would let me give less than 1 star for this experience.
