Just when I needed a good red meat, I found out that Smokin's delivering Okies. I heard good things from the celiac, so I asked for gluten-free meat dishes and pages. Answer: All our meats are gluten-free with the exception of honey garlic pulled pig. The gluten-free sides are beans, potato salad, baked potato, Coleslaw. I ordered the brisket, and it was tender and damp, with delicious grill sauce. I order from there again.
