Red Lobster - Regina

You know there’s no quality control in the kitchen when the only thing at par was the side. Steak was exceptionally dry and tough. Such a disappointing experience, you could see the server try, however, the food is the biggest disappointment.

Excellent place to eat if you're craving seafood while land-locked in the prairies. Service was excellent despite large tables of teams in the restaurant, food was delivered piping hot and as ordered, can't ask for more!

Experience...Not good. Had to wait for an hour before food was served. Ordered medium rare steak, got a well-done one instead (see picture), lacked flavor too! The lady who attended to us apologized for the delay in serving our food which was good, but then said initially that the bill will be on the house because of the delay as per the manager, only to return and say that it wasn't and a discount will be given instead. Proper communication needs to be better. Lobster tasted great though esp the sauce, I have to give credit to that. I like the ambiance of the place. But overall, not a very good dine-in experience.

Very yummy, as always. I had the shrimp tacos, and Mom had the lobster tail duo. I didn't know that different lobsters tasted different (Atlantic vs. Rock), but I can say I now know they do, and the next time I have lobster, I'll enjoy it even more! The tables had cool iPad type things on them that had games and other things on them and was where the waitress took our order. Our waitress was a sweetheart and very knowledgeable about the food and drink menu.

Went to this restaurant on Father's Day. ordered a grilled salmon and it was burnt. sent it back and the next one was raw. didn't send it back just didn't eat it and they took it off my bill. the green beans were aweful. my backed potato was awesome and the apple pie was good. since I was paying for it I was not pleased. I had my arm in a sling so could eat lobster. my spouse had crab legs and half way through they offered to bring him another tool to help get into the legs. it would have been nice to give him that at the beginning of his meal. the crab legs were so skinny like the ones at sobeyes . probably won't go back
