Menchie's Canada - Regina

Although I love the menchie, sometimes the personal lacks the professional on the job especially when it is busy. it seems like they're going back. if there is a large amount of people in the load, is only one person on the cash if several people obviously “work”. the menu is not entirely or at least very good on the website or in the store, and that should change definitiw, especially during this time; I know it would be convenient for anyone, including myself to know what is in and what is out, with frozen yogurts, the beats that have aromen of blase tee they have and what they can do, etc. when my partner and I were there and I asked for a tee they didn't have what I didn't know, but it said the names in the back where they kept the cake and what is not that very comfortable. something must be repaired and updated.

Eating was good, but a little expensive. the personal could definitely use some more training. the one lady didn't know if the smoothie or blown had less sugar. I think that the personal should have a general understanding of what they serve to the public.

I thought I would take my new welpe and enkelin for a walk and get ice cream. first he was hesitant to let us in because of the welpe that is 3 months old French bulldogge, they small. I assured him that it was a puppy and I was not comfortable to leave my 6 year old granddaughter out with the puppy and tell him that we would be in and out. there was a choice for the size. we wanted to get the puppy a little tasty, but the choice was just a big bowl. he observed us very exactly what I thought was strange, as I found out they were paying. we had both sorbet and she had a few blueberries and a few strawberries and the puppies got a very small amount of vanillaeis in the big bowl. when I paid, I noticed that he filled something in the mini versions of the dishes we used and asked why I couldn't use such a thing for the puppy and he didn't inform me for customers. I'm sure he filled them with a kind of ice or sorbet for resale in the freezer on the side. I didn't like how we were treated. he had no customer service. I would never go back and would not recommend. I would go back when someone else worked, they had a better caring service and would treat a oma that took her oma to her oma on Saturday afternoon with a positive experience where we stayed happy and wanted to come back.

Went to try the Bubble Tea was very disappointed. I ordered the Strawberry Banana Green Tea Fusion the Green Tea was very over powering, absolutely no fruit flavor of any kind.

Great location of Menche’s! Friendly staff and very clean!
