I would have to say I'm very impressed with the server we had at Boston pizza South! I'm not sure what his name was but he was working in the front part of the restaurant on Saturday night. My daughter had written her first letter to Santa. She was so very proud of it and brought it to the restaurant with us so that we could mail it after. We had unfortunately forgot the letter at the restaurant and by the time we noticed, we figured it was just too late! My daughter was heart broken but decided she would just write another letter! Then the next day in our mailbox was the letter forgot at the restaurant!!! Attached was a note to my daughter letting her know she had forgot it and to get it in the mail and off to Santa as I'm sure he's waiting for your letter up in the North Pole! Talk about a Beautiful moment and watching my daughters eyes light up!! Talk about helping a little girl truly believe in Santa and spirit of the holiday season!! This is what great customer service is!! You now have a customer for life!! Keep up the wonderful acts of kindness! Thank you!
