We were Peruvian for the first time yesterday on the basis of a recommendation from a working mate. and we were thrilled. Since I had recently read in a travel magazine that Peruvian cuisine is one of the best in the world, we started with high expectations. I was twice in South America and I think Peru has the most delicious food on the whole continent. And in Pachamama there are these dishes in really good quality. Something better than I ate it in Peru.
