We were Peruvian for the first time yesterday on the basis of a recommendation from a working mate. and we were thrilled. Since I had recently read in a travel magazine that Peruvian cuisine is one of the best in the world, we started with high expectations. Parking directly on the opposite side of the road, already great. In the restaurant despite live music (although not much goes on Thursday). But ok. 2 days before Christmas: We let ourselves be advised by the very friendly service (although a Peruvian woman, and then decided for cebiche and cattle hearts on the spear as an appetizer and for a kind of chicken chili and for beef fillet strips from the wok. The national dish Cebiche is raw cube fish in a lime sauce, very tasty, some SCHARF and KALT. (In winter the cattle hearts were a dream, especially with the freshly made sauce. The two main dishes were simply SUPER, (the next time we also take photos Conclusion: The Pachamama found in us 2 new regular customers, especially on Thursday, as the singer really liked us with his guitar
I was twice in South America and I think Peru has the most delicious food on the whole continent. And in Pachamama there are these dishes in really good quality. Something better than I ate it in Peru.
Supertolles Peruvian restaurant! Where are you going? Delicious, very fresh dishes according to South American recipe. Also imported food there (I was already in Peru, and have recognized a lot). Friendly staff that gives helpful tips for menu selection. Delicious, with small but fine selection!
