Bidra med feedbackA room was also booked at Hotel Apollo for a small break. There is also an on-site restaurant. This is of course the advantage that the car remains. In the south of Regensburg, not far from the university, there is more in a residential area. here is definitely a navigation. There are some parking spaces available, but they are also very occupied by the hotel guests. At the main entrance, where the reception is also located, you need to climb 12 steps and then go left into the guest room. There is a back entrance for which you get a key as a guest and through this you come in flattering. I think of people with disabilities or older people, they also open this door. We haven't visited the toilets, can't say where they are. On arrival we had already informed the service we would like to eat here in the evening. At the entrance we were recognized by her and when we were the first guests, she offered us free space. She brought us the cards, she ran us open and wondered if we would like to order drinks or just take a look into the map. We asked for a look into the map and immediately brought a wine card to the table and illuminated the candle. We were able to choose drinks in peace, they quickly came to the table and were served with one. When we closed the cards, she came to us and accepted the order. Spotzl ordered a soup and I was asked if I wanted an appetizer. Shortly afterwards, a spoon reached the table and the soup came very quickly afterwards. She wished Spotzl a good appetite. The empty plate was immediately noticed and asked if it tasted. On Spotzls very well, she then meant thank you. The salad came shortly after with one, please, the side salad and I got a dish. We no longer had to wait for food, they were not served at the same time, but unfortunately shortly afterwards, and they wished us a good appetite. Under the food she wondered if everything was okay and it tasted us. The empty plates did not stay long unnoticed, they asked if it tasted and we would like a coffee or a dessert. Manowar Dessert was told to her, a schnapps, please. Then she brought us the open card with the schnapps varieties and gave us time to read. The two schnapps quickly came to the table and she said let them taste it. Schnap's glasses were empty and she asked again if it could be something, then the same with the other empty glasses. We then ordered the bill and she asked if she should write it in the room or we would like to pay it immediately. Of course we have to pay the dollar. She came to the table with a decent Bon, called us the crowd and thanked a lot for the tip. She wished us a pleasant stay and a nice evening. We were still very friendly when we were lasered. It is recognizable as a service of the blue diocese pink and additionally wore a blue polo shirt with imprint from the hotel/restaurant. Very friendly and attentive, 4.5 stars. Food The menu has a brown cover with logo on it and inside you can use the leaves. It already has some signs of use, but everything is clean. It is better than the brewery cards with the stupid clear cut sleeves. The selection is not too big here, in any category, we say a few dishes represented. There is also a selection for the children. Why you always have to give names like Blue Bear noodles or Hein Blöds Matrosen soup, we are always a mystery. We had to drink a hacker Pschorr star white dark for 3,40 €, a Paulan monk dark for 3,20 €, a raspberry spirit and a cherry water each at 3rd € and a tomato soup with cream Bonnet and basil for 3,50 €, pork steak Robert, piquant mustard sauce with onions and cucumber salad slices, salad for small sauces 14, € and porkmel The tomato soup had a nice creamy consistency and tasted delicious. A very intense tomato soup with a very balanced acidity ratio and perfectly supplied with pepper and salt. They also tasted a touch of herbs. Too bad she was only lukewarm. There was a small sticky cream and basil made with crispy crumbs on it and additionally. 1a if she had been hot now. The additional salad consisted of herbal salad, refined with caraway and a class of acidity. Potato salad refined with chives, super consistency and perfectly costed. Cucumbers with a delicious dressing with onion cubes. Pepper, radii, cocktail tomatoes, boiled egg, rocket and mixed leaf salad. This was also completely covered with delicious, simple vinegar oil dressing. Pork-back Steak Robert – here we were thrilled by the mustard sauce to set up. A very intense mustard taste, but not sharp, but from different varieties must be wonderfully harmonized. Here you can taste that high-quality mustard is processed from a mustard mill. The onions and vinegar cucumber slices also gave a beautiful taste and it was perfectly tasted for us. The bacon leaves were beautifully roasted roasted roasted roasted potatoes, which were added to crunchy cut bacon. They were sufficiently supplied with salt and it was also a delicious potato variety. The meat was tender and juicy and also suitable. In the other plate the meat was also very juicy and delicate pink fried. There was no lack of spicing. The bacon discs were somewhat thicker, nicely fried and the fat left out and the bacon had a wonderful intense taste with a smoke note. The seedlings were fried with onion cubes, but we don't know what happened to them. They were probably washed too long in a water bath. They saw fresh, smelled really good to pifferlings, had also the intense taste, but they were completely watery, which also blurs the taste. The puddles lubricated very well for potatoes, had a class of consistency. They were refined with cream and additionally there were still crispy boiled root vegetables cut into strips with it. Tastefully very good, just like the Bernese sauce. Eating class, except the raised soup and the Pfifferlingen, 4.5 star ambience Here there are various areas. On the window front there is a long bench with tables and chairs. In the middle there are a number of tables and chairs. On the opposite side there are cross benches with tables in between. The rear area is somewhat shielded and here again benches, tables and chairs. The shape of the furniture and the covers indicates that they have been in this room for a long time. Not worn, but not modern. On the walls hang a few pictures and a few flower sticks decorate the room. The tables are covered with green tablecloths and middle ceilings in the same color. There are various folded yellow napkins on the tables and lie beside them the cutlery. Fresh peppers decorate the table and there are salt and pepper shakers. In addition, there is a glass with a candle that was also illuminated. There is still a nice quiet outdoor area in the green area. Unfortunately, the weather has not happened. For the ambience we give 4 stars cleanliness In the guest room a few traces of dust. The toilets were not visited. 4.5 stars
