Mcdonald's - Redwood City

This Macdonald is very efficient and high quality service. We usually do drive through,not once we had the wrong order nor had to wait. When I am by myself being very pregnant and not in a rush I go in order and take my time. The gentleman whom I believe is the manager cause he is in different uniform. Very smiley,very polite , very professional. I don’t come in everyday, but few times of visitation and always ordering the same thing. Amazing thing is he remembers which combo I want ,size medium , decaf coffee with half coffee half water with cream and sugar I called it my pregnant coffee . Always put a big smile on my face every time I see him. His coworkers are also very fast moving and accurate. Five stars!!!! I see some reviews said they only hire Mexican. Redwood City really is a Hispanic town. I am Asian, very happy with their service, they speak English and they are very efficient.

I never write reviews, but this place definitely need recognition. They actually filled my fries all the way passed the lines!!!! Anyone who is anyone will tell you, all fast food places are stingy with fries. Here my meal was definitely worth what I paid. I am definitely willing to drive 4 miles to come here just for this....... Great customer service, and definitely great product

No kiosk here which is ok but two of 3 folks ahead had mistake or misunderstanding in orders. They fixed quick. And I requested coffee in MY cup to save McD landfill the expense, but left with my cup empty. Everyone one was busy busy working hard so all good. Food reliably pretty good at all. Not fond of congested lot it being on one way street oh well is what it is.

This McDonald's was great in service and a really nice restaurant. In all my years, I've never seen such an array of seating arrangements available before in any other McDonald's. They've utilized every inch of space wisely. Oh yes, forgot theres a tv, and the womens bathroom somewhat dated, but clean. Big breakfast, coffee, oj all good.

Fries are still the best. Always consistent. Rarely have I not found them the same in different licales nationwide. I also like the way how their burgers are made and prepared.
