Costco Food Court - Redwood City

Worst Costco Food In The Country!7 out 8 flavors empty at soda fountains. Only one in 3 have ice. Pickup line is ridiculously slow.

After expending a good amount of money we went to get a slice of pizza because our toddler was hungry. We asked for a small water cup for the baby and they refused to give us one. They pretty much obligated you to buy something to drink knowing that the soda machine is out of service. Such a pathetic customer service...you just lost more than one family thanks to this experience because you denied water to a little toddler.

Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Super busy, but expected. Have a good variety or products I have not seen at my nearby Costcos. Well stocked. I would definitely visit again if in the area!

I swear god that Costco food court never answer the phone. I did coupe call for order pizza and they never answer it. It was frustrated and decide order in court! I noticed that Costco staff never pick their phone. I was like Are you serious it simple to pick the dang phone . Not statistically with them!!!! Wish I could give them zero star!!!!!!!
