Chick-fil-a - Redwood City

One of the worse CFA chains I've been to. Ordered a meal for dine in and got it without the drink. Went to the counter and again gave the wrong drink.

The only reason it's not 5 stars is because it isn't gormet. However came back twice through the drive through for a refill ??Parking: If u can find a spotKid-friendliness: My kid loves it

Brand new Chick-fil-A so it's super clean. Skip the drive through and enjoy your chicken in the restaurant. Friendly staff and very clean place inside. Try the chicken soup, you'll want it every time you go in. This ain't your mom's chicken soup... Yummy...

Peach shake was good, waffle fries, not as soggy as usual. Chicken nuggets, the same ok as usual, nothing special, not bad either. Can't comment on service since no one even looked up when I walked to and picked up my order.Parking: When it gets busy, it's difficult to get out of a parking space because you have to cut through the lines for drive through and car pickup.

Worst run franchise in the Bay Area. Morning staff constantly makes mistakes on the orders. Aaron the Manager in the morning refused to give me a refund on a breakfast sandwich made incorrectly that I paid for with the app on my phone. Said I would need to come back to the restaurant when I had the credit card I uploaded funds to the app with. When I explained I used a gift card he still refused to give me a refund.
