I had asked for for the meat well-done, she responded with it's already cooked well Just her whole demeanor from the moment we walked in was just like ugh I hate customers so much, noteven one smile. The food was very good I will be returning, but if I see that cashier I will not go in and I will not buy anyfood from there. Customer service is very important which is why it only gave two stars. Oh also the table has clearly not beencleaned in a while (see photo) I wiped it in a small area, with no Force might I add. If they had been cleaned they would notbe like this at 9:45 in the morning. So the only thing good about this place is there food definitely not the cleanliness orcustomer service
Update. I called the restaurant to speak with the manager to let them know to be careful with the seafood seen my husband and I got sick last night but what a rude surprise!!! Chris (who says is the owner) didn?t let me talk because he said he was toobusy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO PANCHO?S tacos in Manhattan. I was trying to warn them about the seafood but I guess they don?tcare about their customers ONLY the money of their customers WHAT A RUDE OWNER
Lauren is the best cashier they have! The food is quite good most days.
I was impressed by their customer service; it was excellent. The restaurant was very clean, and the staff was attentive and quick. I left feeling quite satisfied, and the food was absolutely delicious!
The restaurant is well-maintained and has a fantastic atmosphere, making it ideal for a quick visit or a nice chat. I really enjoyed my time there!
