Hola! - Redmond

Every time we are in central Oregon we make a point to visit one of the Hola restaurants. The food is amazing, we have something different each visit and have never been disappointed. The service has always been fantastic and the drinks are more than expected, outstanding! On today’s visit my drink was not what I usually get, we asked if something had changed and the answer was no, they made it right by fixing what we thought was wrong. You can’t ask for more than that.

Staff was unfriendly Did not want to sell my children kids meals, at all. Told us 2 times kids meals are for kids only. Well duh, my kids don't eat their food typically speaking because of the large amount of calories. Rude staff.... Won't be patronizing them in the future. We live here, grew up here. Disrespectful to say the least.

Fairly expensive compared to other Mexican restaurants in the area, ordered chicken and shrimp fajitas, it was way to oily. Fresh avocado was way too plain, was lacking of salt and lime, had to mix it with the cilantro sauce they serve with the chips.

Erika was fantastic! Great drinks and fantastic food!
