Scotsmans Fish & Chips - Redlynch

The chips are delicious. The battered gosh was decent, but the grey mackerel was a bit watery in taste. Overall, this is likely one of the top fish and chip options in Cairns.

We found this fish and chip shop by accident when we were doing supermarket shopping whilst on holidays. The fish and chips were brilliant and good size serving when you are feeding a family of six. Only a short wait even though they were busy.

Without doubt the best in Cairn. Staff are always friendly and food is always great. Can get busy at night so best to ring your order through.

Fish and chips were OK. Decent fresh chips. Decent waiting time after ordering. Pleasant service. Plenty of parking. Batter could be crispier.

Asked for a burger with tomato sauce, this was confirmed when the order was read back. Picked up order with BBQ sauce written on it, I identified this. It was taken away and returned in packaging with tomato sauce written on it. Unfortunately the packaging was the only thing that was changed. This is so, so , so poor
