Gemini's Pizza - Redcar and Cleveland

Order from here regularly and never had a bad meal yet ,super fast delivery and always comes piping hot

20/8/22 Saturday mid evening takeaway We three middle aged guys from London on a trip up north had spent too much time exploring the area (Castle Barnard, Bishop Aukland in the pouring rain and had a difficult evening trying to find any restaurants open in this town. Having been rejected at JDW for one of us wearing tackie bottoms (middle aged, cold and wet and other restaurants having closed their kitchens at 9 (on a Saturday!!!! we resigned ourselves to a pizza from the high street. There was one opposite down the side road to the seaside but we were cold and wet so just wanted something quickly. The high street was turning quite lary and aggressive so we also just wanted to leave! Whilst my friends ordered I collected the parked car and returned ten minutes later just in time to catch their leaving the takeaway. We drove to the seaside cinema and took to our 10 inch veggie thick crust pizzas with gusto. They were surprisingly good! Obviously piping hot! I had the pineapple and sweetcorn one. We did not have any beer to wash them down with unfortunately. Such is life. Even though we were hungry we had a whole pizza left between us in effect which we kept, took back to our campsite and took to the beach for breakfast in the beach. They were good to then, even cold! So for £6 each we ended up with a tasty evening fulfilling snack and part of a breakfast! Contrary to the last review there was that other pizza place opposite and nearby a couple of pizza joints next to each other! I don 't know how 'true ' true is but like a friend of Gemini 's wrote that review... just saying ... 1 review!!!

This is the only true pizza shop in Redcar with excellent customer service and pizzas that are out of this world. The prices are very reasonable and the pizzas have a nice charred base and crust, topped with a tangy tomato sauce and the best cheese. It's my favorite pizza shop.

I recently visited a fantastic pizza shop in Redcar and tried the pizza donner, which was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend this pizza shop, especially because they offer delivery service. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Collected food, got it home, Parmesan is cold, garlic sauce is watery, straight into the bin. First time, last time. Goodbye!
