Kebabish Original - Redbridge

I ordered the chicken shish and chops, but they were not flavorful at all - they were simply coated with piri sauce. I was hoping for Indian food, not Nando's. Very disappointed.

The food at this restaurant was delicious. My partner and I stopped in for a quick dinner before a long drive. We both ordered chicken tikka rolls with chips, which were filled with flavorful meat. The only downside was when I tried to pay with Scottish notes (which are still legal tender in the UK) and was questioned about their authenticity. It was surprising and somewhat offensive to be accused of using fake money, especially since I have never had any issues using the same notes in my area. I felt unfairly judged based on the actions of someone else, and it left a sour taste in my mouth after an otherwise enjoyable meal.

I ordered lamb biryani but what I received was mostly rice with very little lamb. It was also very dry and of poor quality.

Food is very tasty, especially lamb chops. For service I’m gonna give 5 starts. The only minus is the painting because is not finished

We had a Kebabish Original in the afternoon. It was quiet but we have been to KO restaurants in other places and knew what to expect foodwise. The waiter took our order and we waited for the food to arrive. I got a mixed grill consisting of seekh kebabs, lamb chops, chicken tikka, lamb tikka, chicken wings with naan and chips. The food was good, the price a bit on the high side, maybe that is the influence of London prices. We were all full afterwards.
