Bidra med feedbackThis buffet was the worst experience I have ever had. The staff were incredibly rude and the food was terrible. Everything was so greasy that I couldn't eat it. Even the salads were drenched in oil, which made me feel sick.
The employees at this restaurant were very rude. They started clearing everything at 9:35, even though they had said they would be open until 10 and their website stated 10:30. When I tried to raise this issue, there was no one available to help. There was no one in charge, as the manager had already left. My special needs child could only have chocolate cake for dessert, and ended up with nothing to eat. I will never return to this restaurant, especially after spending £120.
I am deeply saddened to write this review. I remember the days before Covid-19 when Global Buffet had long lines and a variety of fresh and appetizing food. Unfortunately, my recent experience on a Friday night at 8pm was shocking. The tables were mostly empty and many of the food items looked unappetizing, such as the dry paella and small portions of curry. By dessert time, we had accumulated seven dirty plates on our table. The service needs improvement for the restaurant to survive. I was disappointed by the lack of dessert options and the overall decline in quality compared to my previous experiences at Global Buffet. I would recommend lowering your expectations if you choose to dine here for global cuisine.
Price is way to expensive for mediocre food and drinks are not even included in the price, you feel like you have to eat loads to get your moneys worth but the food isn't even that nice, would not recommend would not go back
We had fun….there was a taste of everything there….it was my son’s 1st birthday and he tried out different kind of foods…I will definitely be coming back
