Mcdonald's - Red Springs

This location is horrible. Employees are never friendly and you might as well forget getting your food at the drive thru. You will have to pull forward to wait for your food. Meanwhile, the children running this business are in the back playing around, talking inappropriately and being rude to the customers. Where’s the management? It’s very evident that they don’t have any or it’s just poor management. Customer service doesn’t exist here. Instead of my order being taken smoothly I had an employee trying to correct me over rather or not a drive thru code was a drive thru code or not. Look, I don’t care if it’s the Da Vinci Code, take it so I can get my food and go on with my life.

Complaints on Facebook about uncleanness... I go very seldom once a year status if that

This place by far has to be the worst McDonald’s there is. Every single time I go , my food is wrong, cold and they are always on their phones, cussing and playing. Y’all want a pay raise or to be held to higher standards as workers but your employees are trash. Even the managers are a joke, they talk to you like you’re stupid. Can corporate come in and fire everybody, just start over or shut down.

McDonald's in Red Springs really sucks.The associates in this location are never friendly and most of all your food is not hot and your order is never what you placed.You can't even get napkins to wipe your mouth even if your order was correct.And you have to wait for your order even if it's not busy ? Parking: No issues with parking

They give you un-sweet tea when you obviously asked for sweet tea. That just doesn't sit right with me when your being charged $2.
