Bidra med feedbackI waited in the drive through for over 15 minutes and still got my order wrong. No apple pie and wrong food orders. Why is it so hard to get things correct in a timely manner. Do more training better training or hire managers that are able to runs anefficient shift. Whataburger is a Texas staple and y?all need to do better. Unacceptable and I would like to have my moneyrefunded. Please e mail me to get it taken care of
Ask for Extra Napkins. Fast and fresh. Fries were still piping hot. Burgers right off the grill. Just the right amount of ice. And most importantly they got the whole family?s order perfect, even though it was the drive through. The manager waspleasant and friendly, even though the were crazy busy.
If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I waited in line for 10 minutes without any movement and couldn't leave because I was surrounded by cars. When I finally reached the speaker, I was told to wait, and it took another 10 minutes before I was able to say hello. I know she could hear me talking to my daughter—those speakers always pick up sound. There's no way she could have forgotten about me. Eventually, she took my order, but then I waited another 20 minutes to receive it. In total, I spent nearly an hour in the drive-thru line. I've noticed that Whataburger has declined over the past decade, likely due to underpaying their workers, but this was by far the worst experience I've had at any restaurant. It’s clear that they need to pay their employees more! I definitely won't be coming back.
What can I say about Whataburger? It’s my favorite fast food burger joint, especially their double with cheese and bacon. Of course, a good hamburger should always have mustard! They offer a variety of other options as well; their grilled chicken is excellent. I also really enjoy the fries. And let's not forget breakfast—it might be the best fast food breakfast around. The service is always fast and friendly.
However, I did have a negative experience. I used the app to place an order and arrived about 15 minutes after I was told it would be ready, but it had actually been 5 minutes since the app estimated the completion time. There was a sign for online order pickups, but no one was managing that line, so I had to wait in the regular order line, which was frustrating. It seemed like they had trained someone poorly, leading to a long wait. When I finally got to the counter, it had been 25 minutes since I placed my order, and the food still wasn’t ready! I ended up waiting an additional 10 minutes for my meal. What's the point of ordering online and paying upfront if I still have to wait in line and then for my food? In total, it took 35 minutes to get my meal, which I could have easily waited for in my car. On the bright side, the new Südburger was delicious, and since I had to wait for a while, the sides were hot and freshly made. I also appreciated that the modifications I made in the app were actually followed, which is often not the case at Whataburger.
