Wendy's - Red Deer

The food was good, as standard fare goes for wendys. The food is always good. However, the manager did seem desperately greedy. Every other Wendy 's location, I have ever been, too, has charged me for the specific order i made. I order 4 large beef patties, with cheese, sometimes with bacon, sometimes not. And i am only ever charged for the beef patties, the cheese, and the bacon. The exact items i ordered. However, this location, as friendly as they were, charged me for an entire cheeseburger. Making the cost, at least 50% more than i normally pay. Which definitely adds up in this economy. And no, i do not care if that is the protocol. And I 'm not saying that the customer is always right. I am saying that this manager, perhaps this wendys, is simply greedy, and I find that disgusting. I am unlikely to ever return, as there are other wendys and other places to get what I need. Thanks for reading this rambling rant.

Wendys north is the best! I've never been disappointed and I've been going since I was a kid in the 90's ?

I just received the worst service. I asked for two junior chicken burgers and received hamburgers, and ordered a poutine and did not receive it. This was through the drive through. Got home before I realized the error. Went back and the manager was incredibly ignorant. I do not understand how people with no customer service skills get management positions.. it baffles me. Anyway, this woman went on to say there’s never been such thing as junior chicken burgers (could have let me know this at time of ordering) and that no poutine was ordered (I 100% asked for a poutine). Went on to wave the receipt in my face and just be condescending as hell. I began this interaction with no hostility, just wanted the error fixed. Needless to say I just drove away after the ignorance and will not be returning. 0/5 stars.

Heaven forbid you have a complaint at this store... I took back my spicy chicken burger thinking absolutely theyll all agree and say sorry or something haha well they all looked all agreed that they are just like that now? Which is paper thin and absolutely not fresh... there was zero meat.... there were 3 girls they went from almost nice before when I ordered to just absolutely cold like ibwas stealing money from them... and the one finally snatched it out of my hand no words spoken and 2 minutes later passed it to me no sorry or thank u just shut the window lol... that one was how it was supposed to be?? Fresh and juicy... obviously not all like that lol I always get it so I knew differently... absolutely horrible service like less then zero.

Take out.My Ceasar salad came without a utensil, and the croutons were crushed into powder crumbs, did throw it out. The new guy that took my order was green but that's the nature of the beast. Overall, won't go there again.
