Tim Hortons - Red Deer

I stopped here at 9:42 pm to get a chicken bowl and was told they have no food after 10 pm just drinks. I told her it wasn't 10 but 9:42 to which she said it's almost 10. This is ridiculous. If they dont want to serve any food at 9:40 then say no food after 9:30. Don't say food available until 10 to refuse it to customers at 9:42. Will not be going back to this location as not only do they refuse to serve you but are extremely rude also.

Staff at this location are great, somehow know my name and greet me everytime I go thru the drive

I often get the grilled cheese from tims as its my favorite item. I very much recommend it if youve never had it cause when its made right its sooo good. But at this location today when i got one, the cheese on the outside was melted to the inside of bag and the cheese on the inside wasnt even melted. i still ate it though so like it wasnt inedible. Just not exactly fully melted like it should be.Ive had this happen before a couple times at a different location and from what i understand its is something to do with the machines bottom plate not heating correctly. this other location where i previously had this issue got the press replaced/fixed and it was no longer an issue. Idk if this is the case here, but hopefully this is something that can somehow be figured out as i can see im not the only one whos had this happen.

They need to stop cleaning their grills with toxic chemicals while they have customers sitting in the restaurant they should wait until closing time to do so or wait until the building is empty before having the smoke from the grills billowing through the restaurant without doors or windows open can make your patrons sick .

I'm a regular drive-through guy. They are consistent. Thank you for that, it helps me get to work on time.
