Tacotime Parkland Mall - Red Deer

LOVE THE OWNER BUT If the cashier even acknowledged my existent I wouldn't be leaving a review. But I stood there for almost 4 minutes before just walking away. I even said excuse me twice WHICH IS INSANE. Get off your phone and do your job.I am now enjoying my subway watching her STILL on her phone after 20 minutes. Hopefully while on there she takes the time to check out the reviews she is causing.

The cashier literally did not say one word to me. Not hi , not what can I get you… did not tell me how much it was. Didn’t ask if I wanted hot sauce (and now I don’t have any! . I am not exaggerating when I say not one word. Super rude and awkward to be honest. We love taco time and always have excellent service in other ones in red deer. But we never come to parkland mall and won’t be in a rush to come and eat here at this one. I’m going to go somewhere in the middle on rating because the food is good

Older Male manager behind the counter openly berated, yell, and swore at the counter attendant. Will not be returning.

Today was full of so many wonderful people, all except the guy behind the counter of the Taco Time in Parkland Mall today. I have visited this location multiple times over the years, but this was by far the worst time! An older bald man was the person we had dealt with and he was not only rude but unprofessional. He barely spoke and when he did it sounded like an Order rather then a question! And to top it off I believe him to have messed up my order! Normally recommend but not today.

Absolutely horrible service. The girl working had absolutely no concept of urgency, wasn't friendly whatsoever and had her ear buds in while dealing with customers and making the food.
