Bidra med feedbackWe started with the Bang Bang shrimp as an appetizer, they are breaded and then deep fried. They were so greasy we could not eat them. There was grease pooling on the bottom of the plate, Luckily after pointing this out we were not charged for these. Then we ordered the crispy chicken sandwich and the grilled chicken sandwich. The crispy chicken was a very thin piece of chicken that looked like a hamburger patty because the coating was so dark brown. The bacon was way over cooked, bordering on burnt. This sandwich has no flavour. The grilled chicken was very flavourless, it needs some sauce or spice on the chicken or something. The fries were not crisp. Very disappointed. We like your atmosphere and the drink selection is good with good draft beer selections. But please pay attention to food preparation detail and flavour.
Treated my parents awfully, waitress was so rude. Steaks were grizzly and fatty. Potatoes were cold. What a waste of a night out and waste of money.
Great Wings!!! This was our first visit to State Main. Lots of parking outside and we we’re seated promptly in a comfortable booth. Service was good and the menu was large. I especially enjoyed the ambience of the restaurant. It was also impressive that they had a gluten free menu. My meal (calamari and wings) were awesome. Overall a great experience.
I was craving for some sweets and we end up in this restaurant. But to our disappointment where hot chocolate was flavorless colored brown hot drink top with whip cream and the cheesecake where crust are almost gone. And disinterested server. And as we try to bring that issue to our server. She was grumpy and giving us insincere apology without giving us alternative solution to the problem. We were expecting her to at least step up and offer the products to be replaced but nothing happened. Hope this will help for a better customer service in the future.
Today I ordered a beer with my lunch. I picked up my beer and the bottom dropped out spilling the beer all over me. The waitress brought over napkins to help clean up and brought another beer. The fact that the accident was the fault of the restaurant using a faulty glass was not mentioned. When my bill came, I was charged for the beer. No offer of compensation whatsoever until I mentioned it to the waitress. Her response, Oh did you want a refund? I would have thought the waitress would have apologized and offered to cover the drink since I was the one who had ended up soaked due to their faulty glass. Not impressed!
