Such poor service. I ordered 6 lbs of muscles for Xmas eve. Told to pick them up anytime before 5pm on Christmas Eve. When I got here no muscles. Someone forgot to write it in the book on time. Fine. Mistakes happen but at least have the courtesy to call and let me know they would not be in on time. The lady hung up on me when I asked for an explanation. So rude. Ruined my Xmas eve dinner. Will never go back.

I've driven by this place so many times and it actually boggles my mind that I've never actually took the time to go in and see what they have considering how much me and the family genuinely enjoy Seafood. Was making a seafood boil and decided that I would stop in there and see if they had a couple things that I was missing and genuinely I'm super happy that I did they have an excellent selection and I definitely will be going back for some things in the future. If you're looking for the best seafood in town that's fresh or a live lobster I definitely think this is the place that cannot be beat by any measure. I ended up getting two live lobsters some clams and some scallops that I'm going to make tonight and I can tell that it's probably going to be the best seafood I've ever made at home just from the look of it. If you love Seafood as much as I love seafood and you're looking for the perfect raw ingredients for whatever type of seafood dish that you're going to cook This Is The Place To Go. I had a very short conversation with the lady that owns this place and she just told me that she has been there for approximately 21 years and once you walk in and you see what the store has to offer you can definitely tell why this has been around so long and is most likely a huge staple to the local community for seafood. She is so polite and extremely knowledgeable when it comes to Seafood. They even have little slats of paper that have perfect ideas for recipes if you're interested in trying something new.

Got the fresh mussels and crab cakes. We will be back

I am originally from Nova Scotia, and have lived in Alberta for over 12 years. I've lived in Fort McMurray, Edmonton, Calgary and now Red Deer. Fisherman's Pride Seafood knows what they are doing. In 12 years I have never come close to the taste and texture of lobster that I got from here. It was absolutely perfect. It was like I got it off the boat back home, PERFECT!I'm so grateful you are in Red Deer. And I'll be telling all my friends in Alberta about you ?
