Extremely slow service. Unless you are from a specific region, you may not receive the same level of service as other patrons. The men's restroom has a strong odor resembling a fish market in the middle of summer.

This restaurant is a beloved choice in the area, offering great customer service and consistently delicious dishes. The owners are frequently on-site, ensuring that the quality is always top-notch.

Your typical fast food eats. Drive thru is notorious for being busy so I suggest to go to another store in town. They are all owned by the same family “The Hamill Family” and are a real nice bunch of people. Customer service is on key but I do find they don’t mix their blizzards all the way down to the bottom which is quite frustrating.

I waited in the drive-thru for more than 15 minutes and received a 4-piece chicken basket meal instead of the 6-piece I ordered. If I have to wait that long at a fast food drive-thru, the least they could do is get my order correct. And now they want me to come back soon after essentially taking my money? I don't think so. This experience has led me to lower my rating of this restaurant to one star.
