We arrived at the family farm hoping for a good lunch, we found a total disorganization. The bathroom was waterless, they told us it was over. Okay, we're in the mountains, we understand. We sit at a dirty table with a sheet where others were booked, but long after an hour. You eat in plastic plates with plastic forks, a bit like on the plane. I commit the mistake of taking the dumplings, with the smoked ricotta, an immangiabile gum, the mess of the other commensali was however poor but at least it was salty. We ask for fresh water and a bottle of hot water arrives. Ah, at the time of check, obviously not cards or ATMs. To be ashamed,

Pessimi gnocchi and price of the covered not justified. We took for lunch a dish of dumplings (made in the house, oh my God they never did or ate real potato dumplings) seasoned with a smoked ricotta. Good to call them gnocchi is ridiculous and it is not possible that gutters of potatoes, without salt whose hair is precisely of dough poorly made are served to customers. Besides all they charge the cover and serve everything in a FAI DA TE form with two pieces of paper, disposable dishes and plastic glasses with two miserable pieces of supermarket bread. It is good that a blanket is imposed but that has at least the appearance of being such. I mean, that's it.
Incompetence and evil organization.. Bad food quality, high price.. Waited so long. Lost the command... I don't keep...
