The Griffin - Reading

I booked a table at The Griffin for a business meeting to save both parties making a trip into London. I arrived early and the fantastic Lucian made me coffee and gave me some space to wait. His service and attention to detail was fantastic, the atmosphere was friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing in both presentation and taste and great value. One of the best meals I have had in a long while and much better than restaurants who would charge triple the price! Lucian's service was of the highest standard and I can not recommend The Griffin any higher. I will certainly be returning!!!

Food was nice, reasonably priced and a nice service in a comfortable setting. Could do with a few more vegetarian options

We like to go to The Griffin Pub every time we come to the Caversham. The food is always delicious and the portions generous. Our waiter, Lucian, was great! Very friendly and had a lot of nice recommendations. We would highly recommend it to everyone!!

Lucian was great at dealing with our allergies and was very welcoming We had a lovely meal, the pub was busy but didn't feel crowded

Lovely food and great service, including our host Seyna. The trio roast was delicious and the trimmings were a great size
