El Mexicana - Reading

It's in a services, so there's an automatic adjustment of standards required here. Outside the world of motorway convenience it would probably be three stars. But still decently good burritos that are infinitely tastier and healthier than the KFC/Burger King/McDonalds noise. I have to London from Cardiff often and generally try to time it so that I end up here for dinner.

Large hand made Mexican food especially when considering that it is in a service station full of almost food and plastic ciabatta. they have to wait one because and it is not particularly cheap, but they make a beautiful burrito with a great selection of ingredients, for example.

Great concept but all the food was way over cooked and many food items were not available.

Literally no filling inside the burritos, flavourless and dry chicken, no sauces available for wedges (which were Asda wedges from a freezer bag), extortionate prices, drinks from the fridge were warmer than room temperature and rude service to top it all off.. All in all the worst place I’ve ever had the misfortune of eating at

The burrito was bland and the portions of rice, beans, chicken, guacamole, and sour cream were very small, even though I paid for a large. The person behind the counter struggled to roll the tortilla properly, resulting in a wrap-like appearance. I will not be eating there again.
