Best cheesesteak I’ve tried in many years. Not comparable to the Philadelphia cheesesteak. These are a 100% much better and it’s only 10 minutes away from my house. Love love love it.

I ordered online at 12:54pm it says the pie was gonna be done at 1:25pm. I pulled up to the spot 3 mins after I ordered just to make sure my order was in because I ordered online . The owner was extremely rude telling me it takes 30 mins to cook! Then he told me to come back at 1:25pm so I waited in my car outside the spot . At 1:13pm the owner was yelling my name from the window about “three times” he said to tell me my pizzas done. I didn’t hear him because I was IN MY CAR WOTH MUSIC ON waiting til the time he told me to come back which was originally 1:25pm. When I got out the car I told him he scared me from how the third time he yelled my name . He told me “Yea well I was yelling your name three times loud and you didn’t hear me, have a nice day !” And slammed the window door in my face . Now I don’t know if he was having a bad day or if he’s just rude but that doesn’t matter . I ordered from here multiple times and this will be my last time .

However, my recent experience at Tony's Pizza in West Reading compels me to share my story. While I usually enjoy their food, the owner's behavior was so appalling that I will never order from them again. Without any provocation, the owner slammed the window in my cousins face and told us to go to another pizza place in Reading instead. This disrespectful and unprofessional behavior came without any reason whatsoever, leaving me bewildered and frankly, quite offended. It seems the owner was having a personal bad day and chose to take it out on innocent customers. This is completely unacceptable and reveals a lack of professionalism and basic courtesy. Regardless of personal struggles, running a business requires treating customers with respect and dignity. While I understand everyone has bad days, it's no excuse for such rudeness. Tony's disregard for customer service is evident in his actions. This incident has completely soured my experience and I will not be returning. If you're looking for a pleasant dining experience with courteous service, I strongly advise avoiding Tony's Pizza in West Reading. There are plenty of other excellent pizza places in the area that value their customers and offer a positive atmosphere. Instead of supporting a business with a disrespectful owner, I encourage you to explore the numerous other options available. Your patronage deserves better than what Tony's Pizza offers.
