Smokey Bones Fire Grill - Reading

The steak and corn was really good, but the baked potato was not even done. I had to microwave it to finish cooking it.

We ordered a Ribeye Surf Turf and a few other items. We got everything except the main course! The Ribe Surf Turf. Everything else was pretty decent. The Roasted Banana Pudding, Hot Bag O apos; Donuts, and the Signature House Smoked Ribs were pretty good. But the wings were lack luster and the brisket was dry. Im not sure how the chicken breast ended up being dry as well, but it was. A for effort. I wont be ordering from here again though. They missed a whole entree and thats not the Dasher apos;s job since they cant see whats in the bag. There was 5 of us in this group order. I am writing for us all. Thank you for your time today.

Baby back ribs were amazing as always ! Fire grilled shrimp was excellent too ! But the best part of all was the bag of Donuts ! Yum !!!

This is likely the final order I will ever make at Smokey Bones. Ordered the 3 meat platter. The Chicken was dry, but ample. The Pulled Pork was as expected regarding taste and amount. I paid an additional $5 for the brisket, and they sent 1 single slice of Brisket. Not only that, but the brisket was mostly all fat! It was disgusting!!! On top of that disappointment, they failed to send ANY bbq sauce. None. all this barbeque and had to eat it dry. Smokey Bones has become a Fast Food chain not worth half of what they are charging for the food.

Every single dish was missing a key and crucial ingredient. I couldnt possibly recommend or respect a restaurant that literally gets its own recipes wrong 100% of the time. Please save your time and money. Do not waste your time on this place.
