Jersey Mike's is hands down the best place to get a fresh sandwich. They cut the meat in front of you and the people are so kind and sweet and my sandwich and experience was perfect. Pre ordered 7 subs for a specific time and ordered more than 30 mins in advanced. Still needed to wait for our warm sub to be made upon arrival and we were 5 mins late! Go figure! Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I am writing this review as I am standing in front of the register waiting for my food to be made for almost 20 minutes now. That is just for one hot sandwich. In addition to the long wait, my one cold sandwich was made improperly, even after telling the worker the way I wanted it. The workers who work in the evening do not know what to do plain and simple. They talk and sing to the songs playing and do not pay attention to the order requests the customers give them. Management, get a hold of your workers period. Food is good, just the service needs a BIG IMPROVEMENT. Service: Take out Food: 5 Service: 1

Been going here many times. Never had an issue. Food is always good. Only need to wait a little if it's already busy but still good service. Whoever the taller bearded dude was who checked me out and and made my food was on point with service and overall attitude. He was doing a little bit of everything throughout the store.
