Ihop - Raytown

The place is freezing because the humidifier is out. Customers were using blankets and had hoods up! A kid puked. We waited 1.5 hours for our food. No refills. Rude staff. They served other tavles that came in 25 mins after us first!

Loved the grilled tilapia, brussel sprouts, and buttered corn. Came with 2 buttermilk pancakes. My only complaint was I wish I would have ordered a short stack. Didn't remember how good they are. Will be ordering dinner here very soon.

I didn't know that this was still open. I enjoyed Belgium waffle, didn't care too much for the sausage it was a bit spicy for me. I had the best server her table mannerisms was outstanding.

If I can upload pictures, I will. All of my pancakes looked as if they were slid across the floor. SERIOUSLY, dirt and all. I don’t know if it’s because I had a large order and they decided to be spiteful but one of them even had brown sticky stuff on it. I’ve been to IHOP so many times I can’t count. There’s no explanation on how pancakes can look like this except that they’d been on the floor. Me and my children currently have COVID or else I’d be up there getting our order replaced. I did call and she said I could come get them replaced... as if I hadn’t just ordered them delivery. Very Sad.

We did an online order at 9:45 I got there at 9:55 and and they didn’t even had half the stuff we ordered, and then it took them 30 minutes to bring my food and when I got it they were missing a whole meal and then that took them another 30 minutes to cook CHICKEN FINGERS when ai got home 7 minutes later the food was cold. Good job IHop NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN
