Couzin's Fish Chicken - Raytown

Clean, nice, friendly. The service trio. Then the food. The catfish is the best I ever had. My new place to go when I'm in the area. Your potato salad even makes gates to shame. Only bad can I say I didn't order enough catfish. You might think the #2 will work, but trust me the #3 is what I really wanted. Thank you for a good food and hospitality.

My recent experience in this restaurant was absolutely fabulous. The fish was very good, full of taste hot and not boiled over. The frits were beautiful and crispy and better than I thought they were and the Cole Slav was great. They made a mistake and cooked much more fish than what I ordered and refuted the young lady to accept the additional money I paid for the additional fish. Classic people, good food, like many return journeys for me.

Wow. Fish strips are crispy and delicious! She gave me an extra whole fillet so I could just try. Fries are crispy golden brown. No flourishing potatoes. I'll try the rest of the menu. You don't take credit cards. You should consider using Square or a similar app. I know they avoid credit card fees, but I would like to pay another .50 for comfort. Best part? I had no money. The owner said right away, come back and pay me later. I protested, amazed, but she insisted, coming later, tomorrow, whenever! . Who does this today and at the age?? Amazingly generous!

For a long time past this place - last week finally stopped for dinner. Had a great experience. I wish I knew our waiter's name, but she did a really good job. Food was good and the restaurant was clean Will stop again!

Love, Love, Loved it! I had their fried catfish with a side of red beans and rice. Both were outstanding!!! I wished I lived closer so I could eat it more often. Thank you Couzins Fish!!!!!!!!!
