Bidra med feedbackI've been going to Subways for like ever. Why is it that their lettuce is always brown and their tomatoes are more green than red. This is all the time
Ashley was not only slow but made it seem like making a sandwich was a complicated task. I ordered a spicy italian and asked to add roast beef. After adding my roast beef she informed me she was going to charge me for a roast beef sandwich add spicyItalian. Which would charge me almost six dollars more than expected. So I told her to take it off then and that I would justhave the Italian. (Always ever location I have gone to has just charged me 2.00 for extra meat) . She then decided to justcharge me the extra meat price instead because she would have to throw it away. As I asked for my toppings I had to constantlyask for me because she would only had a few of each topping, I asked for bannana peppers she put litteraly four on a 12 inchsub. I had to ask for extra on literally ever topping because she seriously only put a few of each topping. When it came to mysubs mayo and other sauce she continued her single line nonesense and I had to ask for extra again. She cut my sandwich andwrapped it up , not well because I could see the end of my bread. When charged I had to discuss with the lady at the registerwho attempted to charge me double for a sub. To this point I asked for a manager and was answered with she's on break, not aname was given of this manager on break . I paid for my meal and left completely dissatisfied.
There's an amazing woman at this restaurant who goes by Miss Candy. She truly understands the essence of customer service. I hope everyone at this establishment values her contributions. Other Subway locations could really take notes from her. Thank you for making my visit enjoyable!
We ordered online today at noon, choosing an Italian Melt and a Sweet Onion Teriyaki. Unfortunately, neither sandwich was made correctly. The toppings were swapped, the sauces were poured all over the veggies and meat, and the Teriyaki sauce was so heavily applied to the plain chicken that the bread became soggy halfway through. We usually enjoy Subway, but not this location. The workers should follow the standard recipes and prepare the sandwiches as they are meant to be made, rather than based on their personal preferences. It felt like the sandwiches were made according to someone else's taste.
They wouldn't allow us to select our toppings for the slider sandwich, so we decided not to order. Instead, we sat down to eat a sandwich we had bought from Walmart, but were then asked to leave. Meanwhile, a young lady just two tables away was drinking a bottle of water that she also purchased from Walmart, and she hadn’t made any purchase from Subway either, yet she wasn't asked to leave. When we asked an employee for clarification, we were told that we couldn’t eat there while the young lady was merely drinking and not eating. The entire situation was handled very unprofessionally, and it really didn’t need to escalate in this way.
