We read several reviews before eating here. Some are on point. Others not so much. I'll try to clarify some things. I don't want this to sound like a bad review because I love supporting local, family owned businesses. Some reviews talk about screaming kids. I was confused when I read those so here's the tea... it's a family owned restaurant and they have little kids there who do run around the tables. For me it wasn't a huge deal. Like I said before- I love family owned businesses. That being said, that might be irritating to some people. The food wasn't anything out of this world but it scratched the itch we had for Mexican. The salsa is SUPER spicy! If that's your thing then this place is for you. I don't like super spicy food so it wasn't the best experience because I do enjoy me some chips and salsa. The service was meh. But in the waitresses defense, she's young and was juggling all the tables during the lunch rush so kudos to her. If you're looking for sotol, kinda like Mexican moonshine, then this is def your place. They have a jug of it sitting out and it has a real snake in it!!! Hope this honest, but trying-really-hard-not-to-be-so-harsh review helps you!

Picked up To-go food on our way through town and it was delicious on the road, while driving. Super good

It is the fourth time that I have eaten my Menudo here and it always has such a delicious flavor, so delicious for me. 10 out of 10 recommended, try it you will not regret

I have eaten here a couple of times while in town and the service has been great. The fajitas are great, and the salsa has the best taste.
