Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse - Rawlins

Very good place to be.Even the ceiling was beautiful!Good atmosphere.A nice relaxing stop on the road.Spicy heart roll was fun to play with and tasty to eat!

Great flavor balances and well prepared dishes. My wife and I ordered an appetizer of Edamame, a tempura chicken and a teryaki chicken bento box. We definitely needed a to-go box. A really nice find in Rawlins. The lights in the ceiling were fun too.

Best food, Jeffery was the best. He set the bar high for hibachi cooks! Go check it out!!

I cannot give this establishment enough stars. I am honestly shocked over the quality of their food. Service was above standard. Everything was so clean and pretty. All of this in Rawlins Wyoming of all places. We've always passed this place up thinking it couldn't pass muster because of the location. So so wrong was I. We will always stop here when travelling through.

Great little spot for amazing sushi in the middle of Wyoming. I was in town on the bike for a Haunted prison tour and stopped in for dinner. Also get the fried oreos after the sushi. 10/10 will be back.
