Pizza Hut Delivery (phd) Rawang 2

I frequently visit this place. Pizza Hut offers the best deal on their alacarte pizzas. Combo and value meals are also available. They also provide dine in however you have to order at the counter but I'm okay with it's pricing, so ordering at counter is not an issue. Their staff at counter are also friendly and very helpful.

I order a set of pizza using delivery, they packed right for the other food but only the pizza, they send me an empty box, without pizza. I called customer service and told them the packing problem but doesn't give any response finally.

This branch of pizzahut super poor service, one hour before has make the order, and the delivery time has over, and the kitchen is still yet to prepare the food. Customer and driver of Grabfood also waiting on that. Very not responsible.

Good service. Only if order already placed on the table, no staff monitoring whether customer receipt match or not when customer take their order.

Quit busy with walk in, self pick up n delivery custumer. Maybe short of staff.
