Ravenna store get an order even remotely correct challenge (impossible) seriously, it's like every review over 1 star is just made by someone who works for taco bell. They NEVER get an order correct at this location, they're so insanely far off order it LITERALLY has to be on purpose. it's basically a scam store, just go to Streetsboro. Edit: Fun little add on! Just discovered they give regular sodas to diabetics who specifically request diet! Not surprised! Really well done.

The prices are disappointing, the service is lacking, and the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

I've never had an issue with my orders at the Ravenna location; they don't skimp on ingredients, and the staff is friendly both on the speaker and at the window. Service is quick, even when the drive-thru line is long. The only downside I've experienced is that sometimes the younger staff seem a bit robotic and distant, but they're never rude. Overall, I rate the staff at Ravenna a 5 out of 5. As for the food quality, I’d give it around 3.5 to 4, but I understand that it’s controlled at a corporate level. So, great job to the staff at Taco Bell in Ravenna!
